Well, _Udu Wudu_ might be a Can album too, but it is definitely at least
a Magma album title.
DM> Is it just me, or does Magma remind anyone else here of Carl Orff's
 DM> _Carmina Burana_?
I'm told that Carl Orff was a BIG influence on Christian Vander (drummer
and leader of Magma).
 MB> Red King Crimson
 CR> My favorite Crimson.
DM> I think I prefer _Lark's Tongues_, myself, bit _Red_ is up there.
Both are phenomenal works, but I just prefer the roar of _Red_. I think
it has mostly to do with the emotion of "Fallen Angel" and the
absolutely tingling climax of "Starless."
MB> Brain Salad Surgery Emerson Lake and Palmer

CR> Play_ is my favorite so far.
DM> I never much cared for ELP - too much flash and bombast,
Exactly. However, the trio is supposed to be in my home town at the end
of September and I will probably go see them out of curiosity. This is
the first time that a Prog band has ever visited Visalia, CA.
