I was under the impression that Milty was coming up the West Coast of
Florida toward Tampa Bay and the home of Hooters. (Looks at map) I see
it's projected to blow across the peninsula and miss Georgia and South
Carolina .... except with the fringes - which can be bad enough.

IOW you use something like this one:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix
 Categories: Breads, Dairy
      Yield: 9 Biscuits

      8 c Whole wheat flour
  1 1/2 c Non-fat dry milk
      5 tb Baking powder
      1 tb Salt
      1 c Butter; softened

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Work in butter with
pastry cutter until fine. Store in air-tight container in
  refrigerator.

To make a batch of biscuits, use 2 cups of mix and about
3/4 cups of water. Bake at 450øF/230øC for 8-10 minutes.
