Same thing happened to me. It'll send 8192 bytes and then die with an 'error'.

 DG> I am using a Netcomm M7F series 3 with ROM revision 096L. I have

It's the modem. I have a Netcomm M7F Series 3, ROM version 098E. This was
the latest ROM available at Christmas 1994. My previous ROM was 097K.

DG> I have include two excrepts from my log below. In each case one

Hmmm, I wonder if the ROM version could be causing it (BTPE with the 098E
ROM fixed it for me). The one time I can remember trying to send a file
with the 097K ROM (not to TML), it didn't work.

If you want a free ROM upgrade, call Netcomm (Tech Support 805-1488) and
tell 'em that you can't connect to a Netcomm M34. I still can't connect to
an M34, but at least I can now send files with Binkley if I use BTPE.

Yep, same shit that used to happen to me. BTPE got rid of the problem for
me. Here's a copy of my binkley.cfg if that's any help.

I haven't got a clue if all those commands are relevant to v2.50, but it
works, so I don't care :-)

... Just when I've found the answer, you change the question.
