Still having a problem with Telemate 4.21, in which it usually won't
dial from the phone directory.  From terminal mode, no problem.  Some
modems seem more sensitive to this than others.  Newer USR Sportster
seems to have particular problem.  Sometime it will dial, other times
not.  If I can get it to dial once, won't next time I try...
 
Anyone know of solution, parameters, setup, etc that helps this problem?
