recently, I brought up again, that v1.12 and v1.13 couldn't reliably connect
to multitron rack modems. ZyXEL gave a command to trace/capture the
negotiation phase so that ZyXEL can find what's wrong. Maybe something to
ask for too -- I think it's good not to tell how this mode is accomplished
before zyxel is flooded by all the caputures evryone makes :-)
