Hello Bob, BD> If I weren't in an apartment complex, I'd grow some myself! Any allotments near you? Perhaps a grow-bag on a balcony? I'm in a similar boat: our flat is the top floor of an oldish building and we have no garden. We grow a few flowers and herbs in pots and a cedar trough on the small wooden landing outside. I've been meaning to take some pictures of them to send to my parents. I'll probably use a cheap 35mm compact for that, unless I can figure out how to use the Minolta X-370 SLR that I picked up at a rummage sale. It looks a little more involved than the Practika that I used to have. Eventually I would like to pick up some 828 and 620 b/w film to try out some vintage cameras that I have accumulated. I should probably get the first rolls processed by someone who knows what they are doing. Once I know which cameras work (with me at the controls), then I can start thinking about contact prints etc. - Andy Ball --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5 # Origin: FamilyNet Sponsored by http://www.christian-wellness.net (8:8/2)* Origin: BBS Networks {at} www.bbsnets.com 808-839-6036 (1:10/345) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 10/345 106/1 2000 633/267 |
