 You could try copying your tm.use file to the directory you want 
it to be in (c:\tm\log\ ) then from the main TM screen select Options 
Directory Log and type in your path of c:\tm\log. From Options General
Log place an X against useage log. From Options select Save options. 
That should do the trick.
