Man, talk about no mercy!  Are you guys actually going to press charges
just for this guy's first offence?  I mean, it's not like he put you out
of business or anything...:-P  Besides, if he has any hacking/warez
friends, they might seek revenge.  Anyway, IMO, I think you guys should
show a little heart and let him off with a warning (and maybe give all
the ppl who dl'ed the wartezed PB a warning).
