One hundred that you haven't used? That is amazing. I
don't have any stamps right now that I haven't used.
With my pain level and stress what it is I go in
cycles. Yesterday I needed to keep busy for emotional reasons
because I was having such a tough time. So I took my pain
pills (although I still REALLY hurt today) and stamped
all afternoon. I did a few cards and some brown paper
bags and envelopes which I will turn into bags. My mom
bought the envelopes and bags so I stamp them and she
gets half and I get half. I'm planning on selling many
of mine at the bazaar my mom and a friend are having a
table at and I think my mom is going to sell some of
the ones that I give her as well.
There were a couple bags I did that I was so impressed
with my work and the idea that I didn't want to give
them away! :-) But if I don't use them who else will
see what a creative person I am? hehehe
Anyway, now I have a stack of stuff to color and put
together. I had to break down yesterday and buy a
couple replacement pens for my duo pens that I use when
I color my cards that are embossed. They are too
expensive for me to use on much else ($2 + a pen as
you probably know). I also bought one new color. But
that was the end of what I could afford. So now,
once I get my snail mail caught up I can sit and
color and create. Gives me something to keep my mind
 off of everything else.
Because of these things I have been able to keep myself
safe and not be self-destructive through this very
 emotional time.
