the only one I know is Liberty Basic, still in beta. (world.std.com/carlg)
otherwise there are various Pascal and C/C++.
Speed Pascal is my favorite amongst pascal compiler, and GNU C for C. There
is also Virtual pascal, Gnu pascal, and dozens of commercial C compiler.
Watcom is nice, supports all platforms from dos to win95.
beta 8 of liberty basic should be out soon. It has also a windows
counterpart. I haven't tested it intensively, but it doesn't seem ti be
really a compiler. It creates a token file, and if you register the
shareware then you get the runtime library so you can distribute you .tkn
files without the source.
windows and os/2 version are source compatible, so it's just a recompile to
port from one platform to the other. Win is 1.2, os/2 0.8beta.
