Not a BBS, just the front-end mailer.

ROFL!  The most commonly used (and reliable) point//mailer software, such
as BinkleyTerm, Squish and MsgEd, are all copyrighted FREEWARE.

The point is that you eliminate the PKTQWK conversion process (one
that seems to have caused more hassles than everything else put together),
and proper mailer s/w doesn't do shitty things like truncating Subject
lines and Name fields etc.  Netmail is much easier too - no bullshit with
To: 3:nnn/nnn in the message body - it's all transparent. 

However, it's a matter of personal preference in the end, and after having
used QWK readers for some years, I much prefer my current setup (fucked
user interface [(C) RS 199n] notwithstanding).  |-)
