MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Best Hot Fudge Sauce In The World

      Yield: 1 Batch

      2 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Unsweetened cocoa; sifted
      6 tb Flour
      1 ts Salt
      2 c  Whole milk
      2 tb Butter
      2 ts Vanilla.

  Begin by mixing the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

  Turn heat to medium and slowly pour in whole milk, whisking as you go.

  Whisk, whisk, whisk while the temperature comes up to boiling.

  As it comes to a boil, it will begin to thicken. This fudge is not
  meant to be super thick so as soon as you get a nice, thick sauce,
  remove it from the heat and add in butter and vanilla.

  Whisk until melted.
