Dunno. Alternative tranport incentives? I can see them not taxing helmets,
since they're mandated by law, and ergo - any payments to get one are
effectively a tax of sorts.
It is, however, sufficient for me to adjust my purchase of the bike by 15
days,in order to better make use of funds. On the list of things to get or
replace:
Clipless pedals, shoes, pump, water bottle, bottle holder, helmet, bar ends,
a couple of tubes (Seem to have run out), dry lube..
Things I might want to get:
Camelbak, panniers, carrying rack, new front light, jacket, repair tools
suited to new machine.
Lotta dosh, either way. I can probably save $40 by buying later.
