MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Wheatberry Salad
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 1 Salad

      1 c  Wheatberries; cooked in:
      3 c  Water (I use a
           -pressure-cooker)
      3    Scallions; chopped
      1    Bell peppers (any color);
           -up to 2, chopped
      1 bn Parsley; minced
    1/2 c  Mint leaves; minced
    1/4 c  Lemon juice or vinegar
    1/2 c  Olive oil
           Salt and pepper; to taste
      1 cl Garlic; up to 5 cl, minced

  Drain wheatberries. Add scallions, peppers, parsley, and mint, and
  toss. Mix remaining ingredients and add to salad. Mix well. Chill 1
  hour or overnight.
