One of the sewage/Port-A-Potty trucks I've seen here has this painted on the
back edge of the truck bed in big bold letters: "WARNING: THIS TRUCK IS
FILLED WITH POLITICANS' PROMISES". XD

      2 c  Spanish peanuts
      2    Sticks margarine
      2 c  Brown sugar
    1/2 c  Dark corn syrup
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Baking powder
           Popcorn

  Fill large pan 3/4 full of popcorn. Add peanuts. In a heavy saucepan,
  make syrup out of margarine, sugar, syrup & salt. Boil 5 minutes;
  remove from heat and add soda. Pour over popcorn and stir. Put in
  oven at 250F for one hour, stirring occasionally. Cool and break up
  into small chunks.
