The Glasser was designed as a low penetration round for use by Federal
Sky Marshalls. Other than that quality, it is a mediocre round at best.

I have never had a .38 snub that shot anywhere near point of aim, altho
at the range I would use it at it's going to be "point and pull" rather
than aim.
