This is correct, at least as it is here in Holland at this moment. It is 
released here as the original with Dutch subtitles and also as voice-over 
version where everything is Dutch-speaking....

Well, I currently own the version but it was kinda hard to get a copy because 
it isn't very wide marketed as the 'Lion King', '101 Dalm.' and other 
'greatest hits'. So you really have to take a good look around....
I think German policy will not be much different from the Dutch with the 
exception that probably a sub-titles version is hard to get because almost 
every foreign production is voiced-over in Germany instead of being 
btitled.
