You sure do have a gift for failure to understand
The point was that the bulk of balck crime is perpetrated by fellow blacks, 
not by cops.  Why not go after the major problem?
Note that I do not dispute your assertion that there are bad cops - there are 
bad in almost anything you could name.   I DO dispute your papparent 
contention that all cops are de facto bad.
