  Take a copy of the 00000000.pkt that qwk2pkt produces and erase
everything but the first 58 characters in a text editor (I used
QEDIT). The last character you remove should be hex 02, the black
smiley. It's 12 characters before the first date in 00000000.pkt.

  Then open the truncated file with a hex editor. It should have 60
characters, the last two of which are hex OD OA (cr lf). Change these
to hex 00 00. Name it tenmin.nul and that's it. It should be 60 bytes
long.
