Kept megalomaniacs from controlling things?  I think they have
looked at situations that developed, and dealt with them..

For our own part in Z1, Mouf did indeed set the wheel rolling for IONs..in
the only place he could..

Yes, it would be swell if Ward acknoleged IP nodes.. but if he doesn't who
cares? We do in Zone 1.. they are NCs.. we haven't given them the ability
to be RCs yet, but it's coming.. "everything in it's time" :) I
can see how it won't be long til it's done, but now is not the time.

Oh c'mon.. you're going back at least 15 years :) At least from what I've
seen.. you started off with a good premise (ION's need to be recognized,
which some Zones do already) and then went west..

You cannot have progress at the IC level if people fight and argue because
one person (Ward) won't give in to the fact that he's lost an election..

If you want the ZCC to dictate to you how your zone should be handling IONs
I don't doubt that you could have that..but why? When a ZC knows what his
own zone needs and wants and takes care of it.
