      Title: Peach Salsa

      Yield: 1 Batch

      1 c  Fresh peaches (2); chopped
      1 ts Honey
      1 ts Fresh lemon juice
      2 tb Green onions; sliced
      2 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
      2 ts Fresh ginger root; grated
      1 sm Jalape¤o pepper; seeded and
           -finely chopped

  Combine and let the flavors mellow for 1 to 2 hours in the
  refrigerator.

  Serve with grilled or roasted salmon, lamb, or chicken.
