subject: IP-routing, depending on user

Hi!
I've got a small network, 2 TCP/IP nets:
1. 192.168.0.0
NT4/SP3 (DC for NT domain "blabla") --- Linux (dial on demand) - Inet
|
|
|
|- Computerpool (13 Computers, 192.168.1.0)
|-
|-
.
.
.
Is there an ability to switch IP forwarding off/on, depending on the user
who's logged on to the domain "blabla" (to restrict inet access)?
All intranet services (www proxy/server, mailsystem, dns server) are
running on linux. Are there alternatives using NT 4? Well, if ip
forwarding is turned off, the linux router isn't available any more, too.
Or is there an opportunity to tell NT, that only packets to the inet
shouldn't be routed (I like linux :-) )?
Thanks for reading, I hope you understood what I tried to say. My English
isn't that good. :-)
Cu!
