Patrick was heard talking about ->Good OS/2 C/C++ books<- to Zsolt

Well the idea of a book by that name just seem stupid, but anyways to
the real question.
I'm looking for a book about advanced uses of scroll bars, and
continual screen writes that don't gobble up resources. I have OS/2
Real World Programming, by SAMS and it is just OK for what I want. Any
suggestions.
