 this "certification"?  Is this a Texas thing?  For as many years as
 I've been an educator that is one I've never seen/heard of before.

 Oh my!  Breggin and wife are notorious for their anti-medication
 stance for use with psychiatric disorders.  They are especially
 vitriolic when "discussing" ADD/ADHD and the use of MPH.  It's really
 surprising to see his name crop up in THIS echo in anything
 resembling a positive light..

 brand of nonsense and have it believed as gospel merely because it is
