Boiling liver helps get rid of the toxins/junk that may be stored in the
liver...at least that's what I've been told.  But make sure not to overboil
it else it will turn into rubber.

      Title: Kitty Heaven (Sardines & Rice)
 Categories: Pets
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      2    Flat cans of sardines in oil
    2/3 c  Cooked rice
      1 tb Liver
    1/4 c  Parsey, chopped
 
  Combine all ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon to break up
  sardines into bite-sized pieces. Store unused portion in
  refrigerator, tightly covered.
