discussed problem in that group. The universal solution is don't set an AV
program to scan email when using MSOE. Apparently, the scan email option in
those AV programs is designed to work with a mail server, not a client. In
any case, it invariably scrambles MSOE .dbx files. (Or, you *could* get a
*real* email client! ;)
