No, it is not. I don't know what the numbers are. I =suspect= that in
proportion to their use, there are more head injuries from bicycles than
automobiles. I do know that a head injury is expensive to treat. I do know
that wearing a helmet while riding a bicycle is prudent. Vern, you're
welcome to do as you please. If you local municipality is writing you
tickets for it, you have my sympathy.
