Any suggestions?

I'm half-paralyzed(mostly) on my left side so most aerobic type exercise
is out.

I am far too sedentary, though, & need to lose a big chunk of weight
(all over, my BMI is wayyy out of whack!)

What can I do to most efficiently (and healthily) shed ~30 pounds in as
short a time as is reasonable & safe?
