 I've never read "The Fog" itself, but read a lot of stuff by this guy. 
 I know this is a SK echo, but since Stephen King reads Herbert, too, I 
 thought, why not? 
                      Try reading Herbert's "The Dark" or "Shrine"! 
                      ....they're re all really good...try, "The Survivor" 
                      and "The Spear", simply wicked, people!
