But, these are NOT cellular, rather SMR, Specialized Mobile Relay
channels that you are hearing.  A lot like Cellular, but a lot
different also.  
It could also be images of Cellular, but in the Benton area, I would
place my money on SMR.

The Cellular frequency band will never expand more than it has been since
the late 80's.  No where close for it to go!
