I'm not sure of the facts, so I'm shooting my mouth off in the usual way ...
I believe that C-A-D generates a specific interrupt, not an actual reset
pulse. This can be intercepted.
I would like it to pop up a menu - saying
This is OS/2, not DOS:
Did you mean to kill
a) the system
b) the current task
c) a different task (presents task list)
d) nothing
As its not unusual to forget you were running a DOS full screen session
under OS/2 and not DOS itself.
