When someone is a bozo and can't distinguish between me, my employer, =
and the tens of thousands of other unique people also employed by the =
same company, it becomes clear that prejudice still exists. How do you =
feel when someone tells you that your opinions are those of your =
employer, your family, your friends, that you are a man, or that you are =
an American? I'm sure you can find people demonstrating a prejudice =
toward you for many of these. It doesn't make it right and it = definitely
doesn't make it true. I'm not Bruce. I don't speak for him = and he
doesn't speak for me. I expect we have different opinions, = likes, and
dislikes. =20
One of my personal dislikes is when people post lies and worse still =
when they use those lies to justify subsequent statements. Joe Barr = does
this all the time and really makes himself look bad. He has a = following
of people that would like to believe that his lies are true. = George is
not Joe Barr but he has lately on several occasions posted = false
statements and tried to justify subsequent statements with these. = At
least on some of these the falsehoods have been pointed out yet = George
has continued to repeat them. When asked to support his claims, = he
ignores the request. That's lying. On several such occasions I have =
given George the opportunity to back out by admitting he was wrong and =
apologizing. Not only did he ignore this offer, he continued to repeat =
the lies. There is no excuse for that.
As far as opinions go, George has plenty of opinions. I don't always =
agree as some of his are plain old silly. Sometimes I'll reply to one = of
his posts debating or asking questions about his opinion. You won't = see
me calling him a liar for having an opinion. But when he crosses = the
line and starts manufacturing facts, and it's something that = interests
me, I'll call him on it.

Well, it's just that I've only seen this particular style of bullying
from MS employees -- you and Biermann. Biermann stopped bullying when
he went to law school, and now appears to even have grown some
humility and a sense of humor. I was just wondering if there's
something about the MS corporate culture that promotes this kind of
reaction and particular use of language.
