Further to the saga on my BIL's car crash...

NRMA wouldn't pay him because he couldn't prove it was the
other guy's fault.

So he took the guy to court via that process that I described.
The other guy didn't turn up, so he won the court case.

He paid the sherrif $45 and asked him to seize property, because
the other guy was on the dole.  The guy actually owned the car,
so that would have been good enough.

However, the guy changed house and they don't know where he is
anymore!  They have his name and his drivers license and (I
think) his old address.  

Any advice?  BFN.  Paul.
