Sadly when I took the helm back on Net 2320 I removed 7 sysops who had been
gone for a VERY long time they were just here taking space up.

Perhaps now would be a good time to really go through and verify the entire
nodelist and clean out the dead weight (and in some cases even remove the
 dead.
