Yes.  IBM is consolidating all of their operations and shutting down as
many of the "external" facilities that they can in a greatly
needed cost cutting manuever.  They shut down a very old facility that
needed millions of dollars in upgraded facilities, IBM Kingston last June.

What this will mean to us in the Programming field?  Hopefully better support.
