Well, yes and no.. It has been my experience that the folks at MS often
give bad service simply because they are too big and people get lost in
the shuffle but I've never been outright insulted by a MS
respresentative..so what's PBs excuse??
As for talking with the "head guy" at PB...That's only understandable that
you can do that..it's a smaller company than is MS..Wait until (if) it
gets bigger then let's see if you can still do that. Mind you, although I
respect Mr. Zale, to say that he is out front with the customer all the
time IMO isn't exactly so..How often is he in this forum discussing issues
with us for example. He leaves that job to other employees. YES you can
spek with him, but you gotta ask and find him. Better than MS, granted,
and yes, acceptable but to say that he is regularly communicating with the
customer?? I've not seen proof...
My point was - PB has to make major changes in their customer service but
even so asking for their product for free is doing them a misjustice.
