Hello All!

I downloaded the 32 bit Timed/Cygwin and while I had no trouble getting it
running, I noted that the display looked distinctly wonky unless I ran
CodePage 1252.  However, my old TimEd 1.10 runs perfectly well under CP437
which is also the default for my Windows 2000 box. Can CP437 be made
available as an option?

More interestingly is that my old "If exit with error level X, do
this" does not work with the Timed/Cygwin version.  How can this be
built in?
