I was just talking to the promoters of the ColoradOS/2 Developer's
conference,  and was amazed to find out they did not sell it out
--apparently registrations fell considerably during the win95 hype.

It starts Oct 15th, and ends Oct 20.   The early registration cost was
$1195,  which expired Aug 14,  and the current cost is $1395.  Includes a
raffle for a thinkpad 755 (but I plan to win it,  so don't get your hopes
up!)

Since it is only 10 days away,  and they have at least 50 spots left, I
wouldn't be surprised if you can strike some sort of deal with them...note:
I never discussed this with them,  and it may just be wishful thinking.

I am a speaker at the conference,  but have nothing to do with its
production/promotion,  and have nothing to gain if more people show up
(except it worsens my chances of winning that thinkpad -- damn:-).
