I also get numb toes when riding for a long while. some solutions that may
help you is to move the cleat under your shoes so that the ball of your foot
is on the pedal. Wiggle your toes once in awhile to have blood circulate.
Generally the condition you have is the nerve is probably squishedunder your
foot. They saw also that wider shoes can also alleviate crampness in the
foot. I hope this helps.
