I think there's disagreement from a few in Z2, to be honest..

As far as why neither has done anything, well first, I think Ward knows he
doesn't have the support of the other ZCs, nevermind all the RCs.

For Malcolm,  when Malcolm welcomed Carol as Z6C, Ward came down on him for
essentially "stepping on his toes".. Malcolm wisely ignored that
message. If Malcolm decides not to start anything of consequence until Ward
finally removes his listing from the Zone 2 segment (that gets compiled
into all of our nodelists), I can understand that completely...Fido will
continue as is if nothing is done..

Sure it would be great if we updated policy but time has proven that it's
not necessary.
