SH> Thanks, Harry... sort of "intercepted" this... so you

There's an ad in the local papers here that has been running for
weeks selling an African Grey. The price keeps getting lower and
lower. I'm half tempted to call the people and find out why they're
so desperate to get rid of the bird and whether they'd agree to a
vet exam before money changed hands. If the bird is healthy and they
want to get rid of it cuz of its behavior, the price might be a steal:
$600 for bird and cage.
Someone else is selling a pair of "bonded" cockatoos for $1200, but I
don't want to get into buying a pair of birds as I don't want to have
to deal with eggs and mating behavior...and don't have room for a
cage big enough to hold two birds.
... I am Peggy of Borg. Assimilate me, Al. NOW!
