  He and his familiar as much as called me a liar, both about the PRC
having Most Favoured Nation Third-world status, and the -10% tariff.
So he confirms it... and he expects *ME* to apologise. He's wrong
about the -5% anyway; it's -10% unless Behari is lying to me, and I'd
rather trust him than a nameless bureaucrat.
