No, I am normally just another user, so use LOCUSER.  If it's
about the board (e.g. why was the system down between 12AM and
12.30AM last night), then it should go in LOCSYSOP.  Also, if I
am sending you bad packets (ROFL!), then you can complain here.
If you've got a problem with QWK2PKT though, then that is nothing
to do with the system, and you can ask me about it in LOCUSER or
PUBLIC_DOMAIN.  I prefer to answer questions about PD programs
that I am involved in in the PUBLIC_DOMAIN echo.  Also, it can
do with some traffic.  BFN.  Paul.
