Agreed! Picayune cigarettes are horrible. At IU, there was a fellow who would 
walk in your room and mootch  cigarettes so I got some Picayunes and left the 
open pack on my desk.. Stopped the problem. 
The former Lowry Bombing Range of 56,000 acres is now being gazed upon by 
developers and the cost to remove all the ordnance is $1.6 billion! As you 
might expect, they want the US Treasury to fund this operation. The very 
modern class rooms at Lowry AFB are being demolished and the main runway is 
no more. Just more fodder for the developers to get rich on. We are going to 
have to move the B-52 because of need for the land it rests on. Selling price 
is $5/SF
