What version of IE are you running on the NT box?  If you install 5.5 or
above (I *think*) and you select the "offline browsing pack",
this will replace NT's "AT" command with the
"MSTask.exe".  I think MSTask is the default task scheduler in
Win2000 so maybe that's what's causing the difference?  This brings
the added bonus that if you have a ton of batch files running on NT clients that
are scheduled using the AT command, they'll stop working when you upgrade
IE! - nice :oP
