Come to think of it I might have been taught once how to ride, but this was
years ago when we lived in Jacksonville, FL. I was between four and six
years old then. My brother worked at a riding stable and when he would
excersize(sp) one of the horses he would ride it over to our home which was
only about a mile or two through the woods from the stable. He'll put me and
my older sister on the horse and lead the horse around a bit. He had learned
to ride on our grandfather's farm. I'm 38 now so it's hard to remember back
some 32 or 34 years. I was about 16-18 when I had rode my uncle's horse.
I'll always remember that time, flying over his head and landing on a
concert driveway with the reins still in my hands. For sure sounded like he
was laughing at me.
