An internet google search for problems related to this board came up returning a mere 201 links and most of those caught were the result of "no problems." Check out the stats AM3/AM2+/AM2 up to DDR2 1066 or even DDR3 Max processor 140 watt multicore. I'm going with an AMD dual core 64 5200 Brisbane and two sticks of DDR2 Crucial SDRAM memory 1024 800 to start off 3 USB2 with cable and six more headers on the M.B. 2xPCI/2xPCIe1/2xPCIe16 slots 1xATA IDE master - slave 6xSATA II So I'm moving from a 1998 IBM 32 bit Aptiva with 450 MHz Pentium II Deshutes alpha to a 2.7 GHz AMD dual core 64 bit! A pretty fair jump in performance I can expect no? ;-) Oh baby! ...
