I use a non-PC computer and therefore unable to run the Wizard. 3-Com advised 
that the upgrade 56k External Faxmodem came plug/play and it was not 
necessary to upgrade it. Mine appears to be running good.
Do you know if there is in fact a new code already and how do I tell what is 
installed from the factory?
