The Braves have a wonderful chance to take the title this
season. With the addition of Kenny Lofton, the Braves have a guy who can
steal bases, since the days of Otis Nixon. Even though the "Bravos" sent
Marquis Grissom and Dave Justice to get Lofton, John Schuerholz made a
wise decision of aquiring Lofton from the Indians. With the returning
pitching staff of Cy Young winner John Smoltz, Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine,
newcomer Denny Neagle, and heat-seeker closer Mark Wohlers. The Braves
"Five Aces" will win the Cy Young award again this season. The Braves
hitters will also "launch" them.
