    You can simply try it out :)  put on one off those IBM ws u have an vlm 
client part and C whats hppnd. Btw I didnt saw any upgrade option to 3.11 50 
users since 4.1 is out .. and some off our local resellers asure me that its 
upgrade to 3.12 50 users costs same as 4.1 50 ( from 3.11 10 users ).
Probably its posible to get upgrade to 3.xx but i think they will strongly 
recomend upgrade at least to 3.12 (or 4.10/4.11 now ?)
